Rental Equipment

The following expenses are in addition to your menu price, and will vary depending upon your venue and number of guests.

Some venues include only an empty space, such as tenting. Some venues include only tables and chairs. Some venues include tables and chairs plus all china, cutlery & glassware etc. Some venues are equipped with commercial cooking equipment. It is important to know what equipment is included with the venue fee, as that will help to determine your additional rental costs.

Most venues do not include any miscellaneous cooking & serving equipment. Miscellaneous cooking & serving equipment might include extra ovens and cooking equipment, bus pans, garbage cans, coffeemakers, chafing dishes, serving utensils etc. The equipment needed will vary from venue to venue, depending upon the number of guests, and the menu selected. This is the equipment that we will need to properly execute your event.

Average expense: $8.00-$15.00/person. Note: In venues that are fully equipped with commercial kitchens, tables, chairs & china, you may adjust to $3.00-$8.00/person. Same for some brunch or cold buffet menus, and for some smaller, informal home parties.

Linens
Linens must always be rented. All solid color linens are the same price and can be mixed and matched. Many specialty linens are available at an additional cost.
Average expense: 3.00-8.00/person

Staff

Our staff will handle the food preparation, set-up, service, and breakdown of your event. They are well trained, friendly and efficient professionals.
Average expense: $15.00-$20.00/person.
NOTE: For casual or informal home parties, including some brunches and cold buffets,
you may adjust to $6.00-$12.00/person
